Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Recommend and promote products or services based on customer needs.
Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions including cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper display of products in the store.
Replenish stocks and ensure shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks or fast-moving items to the store supervisor.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Address customer questions, feedback, or complaints promptly and courteously.
Perform regular checks to ensure store policies and safety standards are being followed.
Support periodic inventory counts and other store-related tasks as assigned.
College Level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of handling cash and POS systems is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Must be physically fit and presentable.
