Accounting Assistant Supervisor Japanese Wire Harness Plant Lipa, Batangas

An Accounting Assistant Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, manages a small team, and ensures accurate financial reporting, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and compliance. They support the Accounting Manager by reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and improving accounting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course

At least 35 years experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or PEZA-registered company

Knowledgeable in:

General accounting, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation

BIR compliance and tax filing

PEZA reporting requirements

Financial statement preparation

Experience in supervising accounting staff is an advantage

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems

Detail-oriented, analytical, and with strong leadership skills

Able to work with minimal supervision
