Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wide-area and local-area networks (LAN/WAN/VPN, etc.) to prevent operational disruptions and provide a stable communications environment
• Drive network design, construction, and upgrade projects to ensure future scalability and flexibility, including cloud environments
• Implement configuration management, access control, and log monitoring for network devices to reduce security risks
• Deploy and operate monitoring and automation tools to enhance network visibility and efficiency
• Minimize the impact of failures and changes by implementing responses based on change management and incident management processes
• Respond to escalations from the IT service desk and, as Level 2 support, investigate and resolve network-related technical issues
• Collaborate with business departments and other IT teams to organize network requirements and propose improvements
• Plan and implement necessary measures for zero-trust security to achieve a secure network

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any computer-related course
• 57 years or more experience in IT infrastructure, especially network management
• Experience in operating medium-sized or larger networks required; CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge desirable
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet
• Knowledge in information security and cloud environments with understanding of networks and systems
• Possesses operational skills to optimize networks through monitoring, analysis, and configuration management
• Experience in building and operating zero-trust networks and reliably implementing configuration management
