- Responsible in sourcing of applicants based on the approved manpower request.
- Conducts initial interview to qualified candidates and objectively decides the result.
- Coordinates to all interviewers/supports for the interview schedule and target applicants.

- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With at least 4 year experience in the same fields.
