Data Specialist, Batangas

Responsibilities:

A. Design and Implement data ingestion pipelines

Lead data lake design / structure

Create automated processes to collect, aggregate, and ingest data from different sources across departments

B. Ensure data quality and establish governance

Standerdize processes (which could include report generation or operations related processes) and coordinate implementation with business process owners

Establish policies and measures on data access, security, pricavy, and usage.

C. Maintenance & Optimization

Assess end-to-end process workflows, identify inefficiencies and optimize processess

Configure for scability and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any following fields: Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Computer, or related)
• Strong analytical capability and data storytelling
• High proficiency in SQL and any of the following, Google Data Studio, Power BI, AWS Cloud Systems.
• Expertise in continuous improvement tools and structured problem solving
• Ability to lead improvement activities independently
• High-confidence in cross-functional communication
