MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN III (ASSEMBLY)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of technical training, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality, with exposure to ISO/TS Quality Management System requirements.
• Hands-on experience using measuring instruments such as microscopes, calipers, force testers, profile projectors, and height gauges.
• Experience in First Article Inspection, setup, patrol and final inspection, line audits, dock audits, and executing stamping quality activities.
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and in an organized manner.
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Fundamental understanding of quality principles.
• Willing to be assigned at TE Connectivity Manufacturing Philippines, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas for direct hire.

• Monitor and maintain the proper operation of machines to achieve production targets.        
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Conduct equipment setup and changeovers for different production runs.  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
