Driver Technician, Batangas

Description

Ensure compliance with Technical Operations department to achieve 100% job order completion everyday.
Perform administrative tasks such as making report including, but not limited to, documenting test results, subscriber information, troubleshoot results, geolocation tagging, and time stamp.
Perform actual cable lay-out, conduiting, wiring, termination, testing and repair of cable, and other last mile issues and problems of subscriber from tap-off/NAP to client's premises.
Undergo regular training to upgrade skills and provide feedback to the trainers.
Be accountable of basic tools and equipment issued to his team including vehicle and equipment cleanliness and operability.
Provide professional and courtesy interaction with customer including meeting with customer to review issues and concerns, explain the responsibilities of the customer, and providing customer with updates when required.
Provide field leadership to his team in repair and field activities.
