HR Employee Relation Associate, Batangas

PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE

To support a positive, fair, and compliant work environment by addressing employee concerns, assisting in the resolution of workplace issues, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and labor laws.

KEY RESULTS AREA/S

1. Timely resolution of employee concerns and grievances.

2. Accurate documentation of employee relations cases.

3. Consistent application of company policies.

4. Compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

5. Support to employee engagement initiatives.

SPECIFIC FUNCTION/S

Employee Relations Management:

- Handle employee issues and grievances

- Assist in investigations and conflict resolution

Policy Implementation:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies

- Recommend policy improvements

Documentation: 

-Maintain records and prepare reports

- Conduct exit interviews

HR Support:

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement

 Perform ad hoc tasks.

PERSON/S SPECIFICATION

(Entry qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 02 years HR or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
