Company Nurse, Batangas

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Industrial Nurse with 12 years of experience to support the health and wellness of our employees.

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
• Manage and maintain the onsite clinic, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Assist in implementing occupational health programs and preventive health care.
• Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support workplace safety programs, including risk assessments and safety drills.
• Monitor employee fitness for duty and support return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with valid nursing license.
• 12 years of nursing experience in industrial settings is an advantage.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP)
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and local labor laws is a plus.
