Sales and Marketing Officer, Batangas

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be a Licensed engineer Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project specs, and materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• With Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.

• Set goals and make sure targets are met.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and trends.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage proposals, bids, and required documents.
• Ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
