Position Title: Insurance Recruitment Officer

Location: Lipa, Batangas

Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary: 35k

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in agent recruitment for life insurance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents, including advertising, networking, and referrals, while identifying key talent pools.
Review applications, conduct interviews, and perform assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
Facilitate the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and providing the necessary training, resources, and support for agent success.
