Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid PRC License
- Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) or earned at least 9 units of Post-Graduate Nursing course
Functions:
- Oversees the clinical operations of the nursing service in coordination with the Chief Nurse
- Plans and supervises the programs and work schedules of nursing personnel within the unit
- Evaluates staff performance and ensures that nursing care meets established standards and policies
- Coordinates with other hospital departments to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and continuity of patient care
