Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate, preferably Business Management or Administration.
• Can drive motorcycle with driver's license.
• Preferably with experience in Sales, Marketing and Collection.
• Willing to do field work.
• Physically fit to work.

Can be assigned in the following area:

• BALAYAN
• BATANGAS CITY
• LIPA
• ROSARIO

• Conduct fieldwork to identify and engage potential clients within the assigned area.
• Promote and offer microfinance loan products to qualified individuals and small business owners.
• Explain loan terms, requirements, and payment processes clearly to clients.
• Process loan applications and assist clients in completing necessary documentation.
• Perform regular collection of loan payments and ensure on-time remittance.
• Maintain accurate client records and update account status regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
• Submit daily or weekly field activity and collection reports.
