Job Requirements

Graduate in the degree of Psychology or any 4 year course
At least 15 years of exprience in Training & Development
Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)
With good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Conducts traning needs analysis and competency mapping of the organization's workforce in order to identify skills gaps.
Develop trainig and development programs to recommend appropriate actions for trainibg activities.
Develops and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to meet employee needs
Assesses the effectivness of training programs and makes adjustments based on organizational needs to measure training success.
