Batch Plant Supervisor, Batangas

Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities at the plant.
Oversee the batching process to ensure accurate mixing of materials.
Ensure the batch plant runs at optimal capacity, meeting production targets and deadlines.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings for quality control.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Ensure that all concrete/asphalt is mixed and delivered according to client specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular quality checks on materials, mixtures, and final products.
Maintain quality control records and documentation.

Job Requirements

Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
Candidates who are licensed Mechanical Engineers will have an advantage
With at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the field
With work experience supervising a group of heavy equipment mechanics and operators in-charge of equipment maintenance and operations
With good coordination, communication and organization skills
With Driver's License
Must be willing to relocate in the project site
