Project Site Engineer, Batangas

1. Project Coordination

• Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and work programs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to the Project Manager.

2. Technical & Engineering Duties

• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare technical documents such as RFI (Request for Information), variation orders, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and project requirements.

3. Site Monitoring

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials on site.
• Support the resolution of on-site technical issues.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain updated records of drawings, permits, and project files.
• Track material usage and inventory.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure that construction activities follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Coordinate quality checks and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed.
