Senior QC Engineer, Batangas

Description

College Graduate of any Engineering Course
With at least 3 years of relevant experience or have background in Quality Control / Assurance in a manufacturing set-up
With knowledge on different QC functions

Responsibilities

Ensure that process and product complies with the set standards for the company to be able to ship high quality of product.
Execute periodic quality audit to verify compliance of each process or function in accordance to quality system standards.
Check defect mode per non-conforming lot and request proper Failure Analysis to provide proper lot treatment and prevent outflow of defective products to Customer.
Analyze defect trend based on Non-Conformance Report data.
Escalate detection of high risk defect mode, spearhead activities to reduce of defect occurrence, and monitor improvement implementation progress.
