Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a resort, hotel, or hospitality setting (required or strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of guest service standards in resort environments
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Professional, positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways according to company standards
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and ready before guest check-in
Handle guest requests promptly and politely
Follow proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures
Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment
Assist in laundry duties when required
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service
