Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and other personnel documents in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Has competencies on planning and organizing, problem solving, decision making, leading and controlling.

Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Lead and motivate the HR and admin teams to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course

With at least 7 years managerial experience.

Has an experience in CBA

Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is a plus.

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible
