• Responsible for the overall implementation of procedures and policies as well as improvement of HRD Section
• Overall-in-charge in all HRD Facets such as;
• Recruitment, from end-to-end process
• Timekeeping
• Administration benefits
• Employee Relation
• Training and Development
• With experience is ISO Documentation (9001-14001)
• With experience in processing expats in PEZA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Graduate of BS Psychology
• Graduate of any 4-year course is allowed but must have experience as HR Generalist
• Knowledgeable in AEP-SWP and PEZA-Visa processing is an advantage.
• With at least 1-year experience in the field and supervising
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work or relocate in FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas
