QC Inspector (Dimensional), Batangas

   Perform dimensional inspection of parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM,

   Verify first article inspections and in-process inspections according to engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.

   Record and report inspection results accurately in inspection reports or digital systems.

    Identify and document non-conformances and communicate findings to the production and quality teams.

   Interpret engineering drawings and technical standards.

    Ensure measuring tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.

    Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

    Maintain inspection records in compliance with ISO/AS9100 or customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical / manufacturing / industrial
• Engineering or equivalent.25 years of experience in dimensional inspection or quality control in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO 9001, and quality inspection techniques.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (manual and digital).
• Experience with CMM operation is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
