COMPANY PROFILE: This is a privately held business that uses aluminum profiles to make control-related goods, unit equipment, and factory automation machinery, it was founded in 2013 and is based in Batangas.

Position: Impex/Purchasing Staff

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Set up: Work on site

Salary: Php16,000-Php19,000

Work Location: FPIP Batangas

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles local deliveries & coordinates w/ supplier & logistics partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of materials.
• Request quotation from different suppliers.
• Prepare and process import and export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents in compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any course
• At least 2 years of experience in Impex or purchasing.
• Have experience working in manufacturing is a plus
• Have experience using VASP System is an advantage.
• Have experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105.
• Can start as soon as possible
