Description

1. Sales and Marketing

Promote and sell condominium units to prospective buyers through walk-ins, referrals, online platforms, and property events.
Conduct sales presentations, trippings, and open house events.
Prepare and explain project details, pricing, payment terms, and promotional offers to clients.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets or quotas within given timeframes.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain good relationships with clients and brokers.
Provide timely updates and assistance on client inquiries, reservations, and payments.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle after-sales concerns professionally.

3. Documentation and Compliance

Assist buyers in completing reservation forms, contracts to sell, and other required documents.
Coordinate with the documentation, finance, and admin departments for smooth processing of sales transactions.
Ensure all transactions comply with DHSUD, PRC, and company policies.

4. Market Research and Reporting

Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, client updates, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Provide feedback on client preferences and marketing effectiveness

5. Team Collaboration

Participate in sales meetings, product briefings, and training sessions.
Support marketing activities such as property fairs, digital campaigns, and promotional events.
Work closely with brokers and internal sales teams to maximize project exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
Preferably with sales experience (real estate, automotive, banking, or insurance).
Licensed real estate salesperson (optional but preferred) under PRC and DHSUD.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Work Environment and Compensation

Based in sales office or project site; may include fieldwork and weekend duties.
