Position: Field Sales Account Manager

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Sto. Tomas Batangas

Salary: Php 60,000-Php 80,000

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays

Work Set up: Field work

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related.
• With atleast 7-8 years of work experience in Sales.
• With atleast 5 years managerial experience in the automotive sales dealership (Autoparts, Car Accessories, Tires, Lubricants) to business-to-business clients.
• With experience working in Automotive industry/ or with experience in automotive
• Willing to be travel in different location of the company (Visayas/ Mindanao)
• With Active drivers License.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor competitor activities in the local market such as pricing, product mix and/or sales related processes and develop /adapt the relevant strategies
• Represents the Dealership and builds strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and statutory representatives
• Analysis of sales performance and market performance
• Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
• Collaborates and maintains a good working relationship with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other stakeholders to attain the set business goals.
• Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
