Accounting Manager SV, Batangas

Responsible for overseeing the overall accounting and finance operations of the company. Ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cost management. Provides leadership to the accounting team and supports management with financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in manufacturing cost control and PEZA compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and government requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and supervise accounting staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in cost accounting within a manufacturing/PEZA company.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
