• Must be 4 year graduate of IT or other relevant courses.
• With complete background handling first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update documentation of support procedures and technical configurations.
• Assist in the deployment and installation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize IT processes and tools.
• Experience in ODOO system (Enterprise Resource Planning/ERP) is an advantage
