Description

The Inventory Team Leader is responsible for supervising the inventory team and ensuring accurate stock management, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies.

Supervise daily activities of inventory staff, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and on time
Oversee stock receiving, recording, storage, and dispatch processes
Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for replenishment
Train, guide, and motivate inventory staff to improve efficiency and performance
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, safety standards, and company policies
Prepare and submit inventory-related reports and updates to management
Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures when needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas to support safe and efficient operations
Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and recommend solutions
Experience as an Inventory Team Leader, Inventory Supervisor, or in a similar warehouse/logistics leadership role is required.
