Description

The Inventory Staff is responsible for assisting in monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate stock levels within the companys warehouse or storage facilities.

Assist in receiving, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with records
Update inventory logs, stock cards, or system databases accurately and promptly
Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to supervisors
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of items to prevent losses or damages
Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff for replenishment and distribution needs
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard inventory procedures
Support the Inventory/Warehouse Officer in daily operations as required
