Environment, Health & Safety Officer, Batangas

Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations (e.g., DENR, LLDA, DOLE-OSH). The EHS Officer ensures a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace through the development and enforcement of programs and procedures.
The position includes coordination of environmental permits, monitoring of plant emissions and waste, and promotion of safety culture among employees.

Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
Must be a Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) as required by DENR/LLDA.
Must have completed DOLE BOSH/COSH training (Basic/Construction Occupational Safety and Health).
At least 3-5 years of experience in EHS role in a manufacturing environment (preferably food manufacturing or FMCG).
