Logistic Specialist, Batangas

l 

Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.

l 

Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

l 

Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List).

l 

Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

l 

Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.

l 

Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)

l 

Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

l 

Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.

College graduated or above in Supply Chain,Business or related field

Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential.

1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
