About the role

Become the Accounting Supervisor at I-Serve360 Corporation and play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy and compliance of our operations in Legazpi City, Albay. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of accounting professionals and ensuring that all financial activities adhere to industry standards and company policies.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting documents
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
• Implement and maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
• Provide training and development to the accounting team
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within financial accounting and reporting
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing accounting teams
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
