OSH Practitioner/ Resource Speaker, Albay

1. Deliver and facilitate DOLE safety training programs (e.g. COSH, BOSH, TOT, etc.), advance HSE courses (HIRAC, LCM, SPA, WAH, CS, etc.) and other international courses relevant to the clients needs or demand.

2. Prepare and provide PPT presentation, assessments and other training documents or materials to be delivered in accordance with the local and international standards and/or regulations during service to the company.

3. Provide minor support to training team, admins, and other departments to give leads, inputs/insights, prospect customers, and look ahead plan to improve companys services.

4. Promote a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interactions with trainer and trainees.

5. Administer pre- and post-tests, roleplays, and skill assessments needed for the course to be delivered with quality and in line to the standards and regulations.

6. Ensures availability and flexibility to some request of clients and willingly delivers a back-to-back course and/or shortened courses.

7. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Represent the executive and company positively during interactions with clients and delivery of courses.

8. Visit and deliver trainings to prospect clients on their office/site per request (If feasible).

9. Communicate training needs, trends, or issues to the companys staffs (admin, sales, etc.).

10. Recommend improvements to training materials and safety programs while maintaining confidentiality.

11. Follow the companys quality, safety and health protocols and standard operating procedures.

12. Endorse and promote other safety courses provided by the company during delivery of trainings.

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience as an OSH Practitioner / Resource Speaker, preferably in the safety and training industry.
