OSH Practitioner/ Speaker/ Trainer, Albay

Description

Delivering HSE Courses (BOSH, COSH, HIRAC, First-Aid Training, etc.) and identify training requirements for prospect clients.
Designing and developing customized training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making recommendations for improvement.
Providing expert guidance and advice on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards and to accredit company to DOLE-OSHC.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless training experience for clients

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant field. OSH Practitioner/Consultant.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking and coaching abilities.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Skills and Competencies: Experience in safety training and people management.
Qualities and Traits: Passion for ensuring workplace safety and a proactive learning approach.
