Kitchen Manager, Albay

The Kitchen Manager reports to the Culinary Operations and Culinary Director (R&D Department) and will oversee all Biggs stores within the Albay area. Responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, safety compliance, cost control, staff performance, and operational excellence to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree holder
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager
• Hands-on, results-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and manage diverse kitchen teams
• Proficient in cost control, inventory management, and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards (ServSafe certification is a plus)
• Experience in multi-brand or chain restaurants is an advantage
