Quoting and Production Support Specialist, Albay

Key Responsibilities

Quoting (Primary Focus)

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on pricing guidelines
• Review customer requests and determine correct pricing adjustments
• Coordinate with the internal quoting process to ensure accuracy
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding quote details
• Use strong judgment to identify when a quote requires review or escalation

Production Support (Secondary Focus)

• Support with production coordination
• Liaise with suppliers and decorators regarding job requirements and timelines
• Track job progress to ensure orders stay on schedule
• Maintain accurate order details, documentation, and updates
• Assist in resolving production-related issues through proactive communication
