This dynamic role combines logistics coordination with value-based sales ideal for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems fast, and deliver a premium customer experience. Youll manage daily truck rental operations while converting inquiries into satisfied, returning customers.

A. Logistics & Operations Coordination

• Act as the main contact for all vehicle delivery and pickup operations.
• Coordinate schedules for drivers, vehicles, and customers to ensure smooth, on-time service.
• Solve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Keep internal systems updated with accurate, real-time information.

B. Value Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle customer inquiries and explain the benefits of our premium, door-to-door truck rental service.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings and identify upselling opportunities.
• Communicate value clearly emphasizing time, fuel, and convenience savings.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences from first contact through job completion.
