Description
1. Accounting and Financial Management
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Supervise bookkeeping, payroll processing, and expense monitoring.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely recording of revenues, disbursements, and adjustments.


2. Taxation and Compliance
  • Prepare and file tax returns (BIR, LGU, and other regulatory agencies) on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits.
  • Maintain and update tax schedules, permits, and certifications.


3. Budgeting and Financial Planning
  • Assist management in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget utilization and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare financial projections for management and board presentations.


4. Internal Controls and Audit
  • Develop and implement internal accounting policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
  • Evaluate and improve accounting systems and control processes.


5. Reporting and Coordination
  • Provide financial updates and reports to management as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial data consolidation.
  • Support management in financial decision-making through analysis and projections.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
  • Atleast 23 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (experience in a real estate or consultancy firm is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and government compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
