Description
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the business
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Document management (including sorting, checking, and updating of manual trackers, documents, and folders, etc.,)
  • Maintain accounts on third-party websites for bookings and compliance
  • Gather information to complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage bookings from creation to completions in the Transport Management System
  • Manage Incident Reports, Non-conformances, Fines and other Compliance/WHS matters
  • Conduct periodic audits
  • Provide administrative support to teams and customers

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any business-related course
  • Maintain and organize files with a high-level of accuracy
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Able to speak English fluently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
  • Computer literate and proficiency in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Adept at troubleshooting operational and compliance issues
