Merchant Operations Specialist, Albay

• Meet and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchants/stores and process accreditation.
• Build relationships/partnerships with merchants; manage their performance and contributions to the merchant network.
• Manages merchants inquires and concerns. Ensure a smooth day to day process and transactions.
• Manages the entire process of merchants acquisition and onboarding.
• In-charge in monitoring the market as well as the competitors activity to align with new development or strategies.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all the products and services to offer.

Qualification:

• Graduate any 4-year course of College level.
• At least one year experience as Field Marketing Officer.
• Can work effectively with clients.
• With excellent in communication skills.
• All field Marketing officer should be motorized.
