Description
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, often acting as a first point of contact.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation; handling itineraries; and managing travel logistics. 
  • Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing materials, and following up on action items. 

Administrative Support:

  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing all company documents and recording minutes of corporate meetings. 
  • Coordinate with the LGU, LTFRB, LTO, and insurance firm for all necessary documents such as business permits, vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and licenses needed for the operations.
  • Project Management: Assisting with project management tasks, including research, data collection, and report preparation to assist with decision-making.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. 
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Assisting with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops. 
  • Expense Management: Preparing and processing expense reports for the Chief Operation Officer.
