Sales Representative HoReCa (MEAT PRODUCTS) Bicol Region, Albay

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Horeca Sales team. This role will focus on selling our high-quality frozen meat products to B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and commercial foodservice establishments. As the Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our market share, maintaining existing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the meat supply sector. Actively generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and ensure excellent service to promote repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date on the range of meat products we offer, both frozen and processed, to effectively promote and upsell to customers. Advise clients on product specifications, quality, and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability for the company.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors. Regularly report sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
• Work closely with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective promotions.
