Sales Manager, Albay

1. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive revenue for SW Equipment and Materials Inc in the heavy equipment industry.
2. Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in key market segments.
3. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients while negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements to sales strategies.
5. Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring that the company's financial targets are met.

Requirements:

• College graduate or above, preferred major in Mechanical/Engineering/Marketing or Administration
• At least 3 years sales experience in industry of Heavy Equipment, Construction and Mining machinery.
• Good in client negations and market research
• Good in Social Media and Office software
• Bank work experience is a plus
• With driver license
• Willing to Travel
