Team Leader, Lapu-Lapu

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team

- Ensure timely assembly and finishing of modular cabinets and furniture pieces

- Monitor quality of output and ensure adherence to specifications and standards

- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet production targets

- Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and material requirements

- Conduct regular inspections of workstations and processes

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

- Communicate with supervisors, warehouse, and QA/QC teams for smooth workflow

- Train and guide team members to improve skills and productivity

- Report progress, delays, or issues to management regularly

- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Team Leader or Supervisor in manufacturing or furniture production (modular cabinets, home furnishings, etc.)

- Strong background in production processes, assembly, and quality control for wood-based or modular furniture

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and assembly manuals

- Skilled in supervising production workers, coordinating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency

- Basic proficiency in reporting (daily progress, issues, delays) and inventory coordination

- Willing to be assigned to project sites or factory floor as needed
