Description

Consistently reports on duty as per approved shift schedules.
Delivers required volume of the assigned plants.
Ensures water quality are consistently meet.
Starts up, operates, maintains and shutdowns equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Collects samples and conducts analysis of water quality ( pH , TDS , Residual Chlorine , etc. ) as per scheduled frequency within the shift.
Calibrates pH and TDS meters and records in logbook.
Conducts reading of gauges and meters as per scheduled frequency within the shift.
Check tanks water levels, condition of pumps and motors , dosing system and containers , electrical controls , etc.
Conduct chemical mixing and dosing , TDS per vessel , etc.
Conducts scheduled backwashing of filters.
Charges bag filters as needed , washes and recycles bag filters as applicable.
Inventories consumption and stocks of chemical , reagents, bag filters , comsumables , etc. and requests for replenishment of stocks.
Repairs minor leaks , conduct surface preparation and repaints as needed.
Conducts preventive maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance schedules.
