- Photocopy & distribute to all concern in-charge with complete signature
- Prepare documents for Farm-In & Farm-out:
- Make Summary Sales by monthly
- Make Statement of account to all local customers
- Make summary for Peza Report Sales Amount
- Make summary for Peza Report for Farm-In & Farm-Out with LOA
- Input & Update all POs received from customer (Order Balance Update)
- Make quotation as per advice
- Segregates & Files important documents in each customer binder/folder
- Make Report of the following:
a. Schedule/Shipping Report
b. Weekly Sales Report
