Credit and Collection Officer Aboex Travel & Tours (Laoag Office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Credit and Collection Officer to manage client accounts and ensure timely payment collections while maintaining good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor client accounts and outstanding balances

Follow up on due and overdue payments

Prepare statements of accounts and collection reports

Coordinate with clients regarding billing and payment concerns

Maintain accurate records of payments and collections

Assist with account reconciliation and documentation

Work closely with the accounting and sales teams

Qualifications:

Experience in credit and collection, accounting, or related work is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems

Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently

Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused

Willing to work onsite in Laoag City
