Plant Accountant 2, Ilocos Norte

Willing to work 6 days a week

Work schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (may vary depending on plant operations)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Must be a graduate of a Business-related course

Task includes auditing and monitoring inventory of Regasco products

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audit function, particularly on operation, inventory, and showroom accountability
• Protect company assets against fraud and theft
• Ensure the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management
• Verify and check the accurateness of records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such
• Travel to various locations (showrooms, plants, sub-warehouse, and other locations) to perform inventory and other accountability audit
• Check on the correctness of declaration on cash and other cash items, inventories, back-loads, under fill, buffer stock, etc.
• Report to head office any discrepancies (shortage), theft, suspicious activities, and other unfavorable circumstances for the company
