Description

Plan, design, and oversee asphalt paving projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Supervise site operations, including material selection, asphalt mix design, and laying procedures.
Conduct quality control checks on asphalt works to ensure durability and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely project execution.
Monitor and manage project costs, timelines, and resources.
Ensure all safety and environmental standards are met during project execution.

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience (3 years) in asphalt paving and road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of asphalt mix design, hot mix asphalt, and related standards.
Familiarity with relevant construction codes, specifications, and quality control practices.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite (AutoCAD is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
