Bookkeeper – Financial Analyst, Camarines Norte

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle daily financial operations, including AP, AR, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks Onlinea must-have for this role. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or other cloud-based accounting systems is also valuable. This position requires someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to work independently, making sound decisions and attempting solutions before seeking oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and on time.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain complete and organized financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving accounting concerns.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) and work with PDFs efficiently.
• Leverage CRM or similar systems when needed to support financial workflows.
