Utility Coordination Specialist, Camarines Norte

1. Primary Responsibilities Utility Outreach: Act as the primary point of contact for utility companies (Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Fiber) to request substructure records, maps, and relevant documentation. Request Management: Initiate and track dozens of simultaneous requests. You must ensure no request "goes cold" by following up consistently until the documentation is in hand. Internal Liaison: Act as the bridge between Utility Providers and Omni Logic Engineering Staff. You will communicate delays, missing data, or clarifications to the internal team immediately. Data Organization: Rename, categorize, and file all received maps and records according to project-specific naming conventions.

2. Technical & Process Skills Advanced Excel Management: This is more than data entry. You will manage complex logs and schedules. You must be comfortable with: Maintaining real-time "Status Trackers." Organizing utility data to reflect deadlines and project priorities. Using Excel to generate status reports for the Project Manager. Meticulous Documentation: High attention to detail is required to ensure that the correct maps are requested for the correct GPS coordinates or street addresses. Information Flow: Ensuring that the right person gets the right file at the right time. You are responsible for the "Traffic Control" of project data.

3. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Experience: 12 Years in an administrative coordination, project support, or utility-related role. US Infrastructure Knowledge: (Highly Preferred) Familiarity with US-based utility companies or the "811/Call Before You Dig" process. Required Hard Skills: Excel Proficiency: Ability to manage large datasets, use filters, and maintain clean, error-free logs. Professional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to speak confidently with utility technicians and write clear, professional emails to engineering teams.
